1. How long does the sale last?
You can get a Premium subscription with a discount during Black Friday. The biggest discounts of the year start on November 13.

Promo codes are time-limited. Discounts may change during Black Friday. Don't miss your chance to subscribe at a discount right now.
3. What offers are available on Black Friday?
On Black Friday, you can get any subscription plan at a discounted price if you don’t already have one. If you already have a subscription, the discount is only available when you upgrade to a higher-tier plan.
4. How to apply a discount when purchasing?
In most cases, you don’t need to do anything — the promo code is applied automatically if you came to the purchase page from our marketing communications.
In other cases, just enter the promo code at checkout. The discount works only on our website.
5. If I already have a subscription, can I still use the discount?
If you already have an active subscription, you can upgrade to a higher-tier plan at a discount. The new plan will start immediately, and your current one will be automatically canceled.
If you accidentally purchased two subscriptions at the same time, and you’re still covered by Welltory’s refund policy, you can request a refund for one of them.
6. When will my new subscription start?
If you don’t have an active Welltory subscription, your new plan will start right after you complete the purchase.
If you already have an active subscription and upgrade with a discount, the new plan will take effect immediately, and your current subscription will be automatically canceled.
7. What if I don’t cancel auto-renewal?
If you don’t cancel it, your subscription will renew at the regular price.
8. What should I do if I subscribed to the wrong account?
You can cancel your subscription, request a refund, and then buy a new subscription on the correct account.
If you bought it on Google Play or on our website: send an in-app report: go to Menu, scroll down, tap Report a problem, briefly describe what’s going on, and send the report. Or email [email protected] from the same email you used to register.
If you purchased through the App Store, all refunds are subject to Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
9. Can I gift a discounted subscription?
Yes, you can buy a gift certificate for a friend or family member. Follow the steps in our article.

11. What if my promo code doesn’t work?

12. How can I check when my subscription ends?
If you purchased it in the App Store → check in iPhone settings.
If you purchased on Google Play → check in your Google Play account.
If you purchased on the Welltory website → log in and check your account.
13. What should I do if I subscribed, but it hasn't been activated?
If your subscription doesn’t activate after payment, please try closing the app, restarting your phone, and reopening it.
