If you've purchased your subscription in the App Store / iTunes

Activation

Your subscription automatically becomes active when it's purchased. To check it, go to Menu and see if you have Premium written next to your name.

Sometimes, it may take a while for subscriptions purchased in the App Store / iTunes to become active. If the payment has gone through, but you still don't have the Premium status, go to Menu → Account and tap Purchases → Restore.

Renewal

As described in our Terms of Use, subscriptions are renewed automatically at the end of their duration.

Expiration

You can always check when your subscription ends by going to the subscriptions list in your iPhone's settings. For more details, see the instructions on Apple's website.

Cancelation

To cancel your subscription, follow the instructions on Apple's website. After cancelation, the subscription will be active until the end of the paid period.

Payment information update

If your card is about to expire, or you want to pay for your subscription using another card — don't forget to update your payment information as per the instructions on Apple's website.

Family Sharing

Currently, our app doesn't support the Family Sharing feature in the App Store. However, if you and your family members wish to use Welltory Premium, we'll be happy to offer you a special discount — send us a report (Menu → Report a problem) or contact us at [email protected] using the email you provided when you signed up.

If you've purchased your subscription in Google Play

Activation

Cancelation

To cancel your subscription, follow this link, if necessary, log in using your account credentials, and tap Cancel. After cancelation, the subscription will be active until the end of the paid period.

Payment information update

If your card is about to expire, or you want to pay for your subscription using another card, please update your payment information — follow this link, if necessary, log in using your account credentials, input new card details, and tap Change card.

If you would like to remove your bank card from your payment methods, please contact us. To do this, log in to the Welltory app, go to MenuReport a problem. Please note that you cannot remove the card from the payment methods yourself.
