If you found yourself logged out of the app and you can't log back in, please update Welltory to the latest version. It is necessary for the app's stable and reliable operation.

If you turned off automatic updates on your device, you can update the app manually.

If you are an iOS user:

  • Open App Store.

  • At the top right, tap your profile icon.

  • Scroll down to see pending updates.

  • Find Welltory and tap Update.

You can read more about updating apps on iOS here.

If you are an Android user:

  • Open Google Play.

  • At the top right, tap your profile icon.

  • Tap Manage apps & device.

  • Choose Updates available.

  • Find Welltory and tap Update.

If you can't log into your account after updating the app, close the Welltory app, restart your phone, launch Welltory, and log in again.
