Your subscription automatically becomes active when it's purchased. To check it, go to Menu and see if you have Premium written next to your name.

Sometimes, it may take a while for subscriptions purchased in the App Store / iTunes to become active. If the payment has gone through, but you still don't have the Premium status, go to Menu → Account and tap Purchases → Restore.

As described in our Terms of Use, subscriptions are renewed automatically at the end of their duration.

You can always check when your subscription ends by going to the subscriptions list in your iPhone's settings. For more details, see the instructions on Apple's official website.

Currently, our app doesn't support the Family Sharing feature in the App Store. However, if you and your family members wish to use Welltory Premium, we'll be happy to offer you a special discount — send us a report (Menu → Report a tech problem) or contact us at [email protected] using the email you provided when you signed up.
