If you've purchased your subscription in App Store / iTunes

Activation

Your subscription automatically becomes active when it's purchased. To check it, go to Menu and see if you have pro written next to your name.

Sometimes, it may take a while for subscriptions purchased in App Store / iTunes to become active. If the payment has gone through, but you still don't have the pro status, go to Menu → Settings and tap Restore purchases.

Renewal

As described in our Terms of Use, subscriptions are renewed automatically at the end of their duration.

Expiration

You can always check when your subscription ends by going to the subscriptions list in your iPhone's settings. For more details, see the instructions on Apple's official website.

Cancelation

To cancel your subscription, follow the instructions on Apple's official website.

Payment information update

If your card is about to expire, or you want to pay for your subscription using another card — don't forget to update your payment information as per the instructions on Apple's official website.

Family Sharing

Currently, our app doesn't support the Family Sharing feature in App Store. However, if you and your family members wish to use Welltory Pro, we'll be happy to offer you a special discount — send us a report (Menu → Settings → Report a problem) or contact us at [email protected] using the email you provided when you signed up.
