Care is a collaborative health support system designed around your chronic condition. It brings together everything you need on this challenging path: emotional connection with people who share your symptoms, support from medical experts, and a personal strategy for managing your condition based on your own data. It shows what might trigger your symptoms, the early signs to watch for, and what helps you recover.
Instead of piecing together separate apps, patient groups, and medical advice on your own, Care connects them into one system. When all these elements work together, they make a real difference to your quality of life.
Why we created Care
Living with a chronic condition often means building your own support system from scratch: a tracker built for healthy people, a forum where someone might know the answer, a doctor you see a few times a year, and a lot of trial and error in between.
We've spent years building Welltory as a health app. Along the way, we saw that people with chronic conditions need more than analytics. They need tools that understand their condition, people who have been through the same, and experts who can help make sense of it all. And many questions about these conditions don't have answers yet, because nobody has collected the right data.
Care is our answer to that. We bring together groups of people with shared symptoms, learn from their experience and data, turn it into new knowledge, and give it back to them as reports, adapted app features, and better tools. Every cycle makes the support more precise for everyone in the group.
What is included in Care?
Each Care program is built for a specific condition or set of symptoms. The program shapes everything around it: who you share the community with, which experts support you, what the app tracks and recommends, and what questions the research explores.
What do you get in any Care program:
1. Personal strategy for managing your condition
2. A community of people like you, who share your symptoms and understand them from the inside.
3. Support from medical experts who specialize in your condition: top migraine physicians and researchers specializing in systems biology of chronic inflammation, functional medicine, and more. They answer the group's questions and explain what the body is doing in plain language, but do not provide medical care.
Depending on the program, Care also includes an app adapted to your condition (dedicated charts on the Today screen, condition tracker, and condition-specific insights), regular data reports, and updates from the community delivered right in the app.
Available Care programs
Energy Lab for women with energy-limiting conditions such as ME/CFS, long COVID, POTS, and fibromyalgia. Learn more about Energy Lab
Migraine Lab for women living with migraine. The community opens on December 1, 2026. You can book your spot before then, and your Care period starts on the opening date.
Why do we believe Welltory Care can help people living with chronic conditions
Everyone has their own limits when it comes to handling stress and recovering from it. Think of your body's ability to cope as a pot. Different ingredients go into it: physical activity, mental effort, stress, poor sleep, and all the other things life throws at you. The load builds up over time. When it becomes more than your body can handle, you may experience a crash or a migraine attack.
A personal pacing strategy helps you understand what fills your pot faster, what helps empty it, and how to avoid reaching your limits. The goal isn't to avoid all activity. It's to learn how to manage your load in a way that works for your body and leaves room for more good days.
How does it work in practice?
We look at your Apple Watch data, including heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), steps, and other measures that help us understand how your body responds to activity. We combine this with your own notes about how you feel, your symptoms, and what's happening in your daily life. You can learn more about our trackers here:
Using this data, Welltory creates a dedicated dashboard in the app. It helps you see changes in important measures and understand whether your current patterns may suggest that you're getting closer to your personal limits. You can explore which habits, activities, and life events tend to be linked to feeling worse, what may help you recover, and when it might be time to adjust your pace.
We don't predict crashes or migraine attacks with complete accuracy, and we can't promise to prevent them all. But we give you a tool to better understand your body, spot potentially important changes, and make more informed decisions about managing your load.
How is Care different from crash diaries and migraine trackers?
Collecting data is just the first step. You also need to understand what that data means for you. For example, an HRV reading of 20 milliseconds can mean very different things for different people. A single number on its own doesn't tell you much about how your body is doing.
To make sense of your data, we teach you how to track your symptoms and record what's happening in your daily life, then connect those observations with your body's measurements. This helps build a personal unique dataset that you can use to explore your own patterns and better understand how your body responds to different kinds of load. You can also show it to your doctor.
With Care, you get more than another tracker. You get tools to help you make sense of your data, a dedicated dashboard to see your patterns, and support in developing a pacing strategy that works for you.

Payment and access
When does my access start?
Your access starts on the day you join. If you join before your program's community opens, your access period starts on the opening day instead, so you don't lose any of the time you paid for. For example, if you buy a year of Migraine Lab before it opens on December 1, 2026, your access lasts until December 1, 2027.
Does one Care purchase cover all programs?
No. Each Care purchase gives you access to one program's community.
Does Care renew automatically?
Yes. Care renews automatically at the same price you paid when you joined.
What happens if my payment doesn't go through?
You keep access to Care for 14 days after a failed payment, so you have time to update your payment method.
How do I cancel Care?
Cancel online at any time at http://app.welltory.com/payment-cancel, or email [email protected]. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. After that, you'll lose access to the community, including your messages and everything posted there. Leaving the community platform, deleting the app, or simply not taking part does not cancel your subscription.
Can I get a refund?
Your first Community purchase has a 14-day money-back guarantee, counted to the end of the 14th day after your invitation date. Renewals are not refundable except where the law requires.
Safety
Your data: Care uses the data you already collect in Welltory to build your personal insights. Specialist physicians review de-identified, aggregated group data only and don't have access to individual member data or private messages. Some programs meet on third-party platforms such as Discord, which have their own terms and privacy practices. We recommend using a pseudonym as your display name in the community. Care is covered by the Community Terms of Service.
What Care is not
Care is not medical care. Welltory Care supports you alongside your medical treatment and doesn't replace it. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services. Care offers educational insights and peer support. It doesn't provide diagnosis, treatment, or individual medical advice, and your own healthcare provider stays responsible for your care. Welltory is a general wellness product and isn't a medical device.
FAQ
Is Care the same as Energy Lab?
Care is the service, and Energy Lab is its first program, made for women with energy-limiting conditions. Each new program joins Care with its own community, experts, and research. Migraine Lab is the second program, opening on December 1, 2026.
How is Care different from a free online group?
In a free group, people share what worked for them. In Care, you also get help built around your own data and medical experts in your condition.
Your own data, not just other people's stories. Care uses the data you already collect in Welltory to build your personal strategy. You can see how your body changes around your symptoms and what helps you recover.
The group's experience turns into new knowledge. We look at de-identified data from the whole group, find patterns, and share what we learn with you as reports and new features in the app.
Experts you can trust. Each program has medical experts who specialize in your condition, so you're not left sorting good advice from bad on your own.
People who really get it. Everyone in your program lives with the same condition, so their experience is close to yours.
More privacy. You can use a pseudonym in the community, and experts see only de-identified group data, never your personal data or private messages.
Can I join more than one Care program?
No, right now you can join only one program.
What if there's no program for my condition yet?
Let us know here.
What if I don’t have a diagnosis?
You can join Care, since it's built around shared experiences, self-reported challenges, and wellness patterns — not medical diagnosis.
