Most often, problems with logging into the app occur in two cases:
The application needs to be updated to work correctly.
You entered incorrect registration data and, therefore, cannot get into your account.
In this article, let's look at both problems and how to solve them.
I remember the registration information, but it doesn't fit
If you find yourself logged out of the app and you can't log back in, please update Welltory to the latest version. It is necessary for the app's stable and reliable operation.
How do I update the app?
If you turned off automatic updates on your device, you can update the app manually.
For iOS users:
Open App Store.
At the top right, tap your profile icon.
Scroll down to see pending updates.
Find Welltory and tap Update.

For Android users:
Open Google Play.
At the top right, tap your profile icon.
Tap Manage apps & device.
Choose Updates available.
Find Welltory and tap Update.

What to do if the update didn't work?
If you can't log into your account after updating the app, close the Welltory app, restart your phone, launch Welltory, and log in again.
If you experience issues logging into your Welltory account after updating the app and restarting your phone, please send us a bug report from the Debug menu.
For iOS users:
On the sign-in screen, tap Continue with Email.
At the bottom of the screen, select the Log In option.
Tap the Forgot password? button.
Tap 5 times on the email input field — the screen will switch to Debug mode.
Tap Report a problem → describe your issue, specify the email for your Welltory account, attach screenshots illustrating the issue, and tap Send.
For Android users:
On the sign-in screen, tap I have an account.
Tap the letter icon in the lower left corner.
Tap the I don't remember my password button.
Tap 5 times on the Enter your email text — the screen will switch to Debug mode.
Tap Report a problem → describe your issue, specify the email for your Welltory account, attach screenshots illustrating the issue, and tap Send.
I can't remember my login information, or I don't have access to my email
When you sign up for Welltory, the email you provide becomes your unique ID. We send notifications, password resets, and promotional offers to this email. To always have access to your Welltory account, make sure you remember and have access to the password for the email you provided.
How do I know which email I registered my account with?
If you've forgotten which email you registered your account with, unfortunately, we can't help you. Try searching for emails from Welltory in your inbox so you can find the correct address.
If you signed up with an Apple ID, you may be using a hidden email that ends in @privaterelay.appleid.com as your login.
To check this:
On your iPhone, go to Settings → iCloud.
Then go to Hide My Email.
Here you will see the list of apps using your hidden Apple ID emails. Find Welltory there.
In the Hide My Email field, you will see your hidden Apple ID associated with your Welltory account. In the Forward To field, you will see the email address for forwarding emails from the hidden one.
Can I change the email linked to my account?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the email your account is linked to, as it is a unique user ID.
What should I do if I can't log in to the email to which my account is linked?
If you’re using the free version of Welltory and have lost access to your email, we recommend simply creating a new account with your new email address.
If you’re a Welltory Premium user and no longer have access to your email, unfortunately, we can’t transfer your subscription to a new account. However, you can still use the app until your subscription expires, though notifications will be sent to your old email.
If you decide to create a new account, don’t forget to cancel your old subscription to avoid any unwanted charges for automatic renewal.
