Why use the Journal?
In your Journal, you can see your life events and track your health history for each day. By regularly reviewing your Journal, you can identify patterns, make informed health decisions, and take control of your well-being.
What events are displayed in the Journal?
In the first version, the Journal will display:
HRV measurements,
blood pressure analysis,
tags,
your mood and how you feel physically,
personal notes,
workouts,
menstrual cycles.
Icons on the right side of each event indicate the source of the data. You can add data directly to Welltory or synchronize it from apps like Apple Health, Samsung Health, Health Connect, and Google Fit.
How do I add notes about important moments of the day to Journal?
To add a note, tap the plus icon in the top right corner of the app ribbon and enter text in the «Share your thoughts…» field. Here you can write down thoughts, ideas, observations that are relevant to the tags above. Save the note and it will go into your Journal.
How do I access the Journal?
Please note that the new version of the Journal is still available only to a limited number of users. After a while the new Journal will be available to everyone. Keep an eye on the updates.
To open the Journal on iOS, click on Menu → My Journal.
To open the Journal on Android, click on Journal in the bottom menu.
Why do detailed event reports in the Journal open slower than in the feed?
We are working on a new and improved version of the reports and plan to release them by early next year. For now, the reports are pulled into the Journal from the feed, so they take a little longer to open than in the feed.
How do we evaluate your day?
The grade of the day on your calendar is determined by the highest quality heart rate variability (HRV) measurement to provide the most accurate and reliable data when displaying your health status.
Can I delete events from the Journal?
You can delete events from the Journal. To do this, swipe the event to the left and click on the trash can icon.
Please note that deleting an event from the Journal will not remove it from the original source or your feed. Similarly, deleting an event from your feed will not affect an event in the Journal.
We recommend that you only delete events in the Journal, as this will affect further analysis of all your measurements and events.
How do I leave feedback?
Click on the i icon and then click on Help improve the Journal. You will then be able to write about all the wishes and issues you have encountered.
How do I switch to the old version of Journal?
If for some reason you like the old version of Journal better, you can switch to it. To do this, click on the i icon and then select Go back to previous Journal UI.
How do I switch to a new Journal?
If you are participating in beta testing, in the old Journal, when you click on i, you will see a menu with a button Use new Journal UI. Click on it, and you will be able to use the new Journal again.
What updates to the Journal are planned for the future?
Data from April 2024 is now available in the Journal. In the future, we plan to add new event types, daily reports, improved analysis functions and additional data sources.
