Who can use the full Echo or Sleep Flow experience

The complete Echo experience is available only to Premium users. If you’re using the free version of Welltory, you’ll still get access to Echo or Sleep Flow — but in a limited format: a smaller selection of stories and no ability to customize filters.

  • Start Echo or Sleep Flow about 15 minutes before bed.

  • Click on Customize (for iOS users) or Tune my flow (for Android users) to open personalization settings.
