Features available on iOS
Today Screen with personalized Sleep Analysis, Activity Report, and Workout Report
Today Screen helps you track important metrics such as Health, Battery, and Pressure. You can also go to Sleep Analysis, Activity Report, and Workout Report.
Health shows how your body manages stress throughout the day. It takes all of your heart rate variability measurements during the day and compares them to your personal baseline and the norm of similar people.
Battery reflects the amount of energy you have left before bedtime. It takes into account all your activity during the day — everything that leads to a high heart rate discharges Battery, while being at rest with a lower heart rate can recharge it.
Pressure shows how well you are balancing activity and rest. Sedentary stress raises Pressure, while activity and movement lower it, helping you find that balance.
Sleep Analysis is a report available to iOS users who use their Apple Watch. If you use another gadget, you will continue to receive Sleep Analysis in your feed.
Sleep Analysis on Today Screen details how your last night went and whether you were able to recover. We developed a more personalized approach to sleep assessment to help you improve your sleep when needed, reduce anxiety when all is well, and understand how sleep affects your overall health.
Activity Report tracks all movement, not just workouts. It includes basic data on how active your day was, the number of calories you burned, the number of steps you took, and the number of METs you earned. At the top of the report, you will see a mountain range — your activity over the last seven days. Keep track of what gives you more energy and enjoy the days when you cleaned your house, walked with your child, or ran for the bus — all of this is good for your health.
The new Activity Report is only available to iOS users with an Apple Watch. As it launches, everyone who qualifies will have access to it.
Workout Report helps you understand if your training was effective and how it affected your body. The new report is more personalized and tailored exactly to your norm. You'll find heart rate zones and MET calculations that change every day based on different factors.
Analysis of heart rate variability
Monitor your health with detailed heart rate analytics. Get a full range of 21 health scores with every Heartbeat Measurement:
The measurement analysis consists of two messages: a histogram message and a fluid message. They are both available from the feed and from Journal, but are slightly different visually depending on where you open them from. Learn more about the difference between the reports in our article.

Analysis of heart rate variability
Baby steps
Recommendations for acute conditions: panic attacks, hangovers, etc.
Personalized research reports on your habits and lifestyle
Sleep Analysis in your feed
Journal
However, other features still differ. We will discuss them in more detail below.
Activity Widget
Activity Widget provides daily morning and evening reports on the state of your body. It analyzes various data collected by your smartwatch, including sleep patterns, heart rate, steps taken, workouts, and other activities. As a result, you see a colored block on the screen with summarized and analyzed information. Currently, the widget is only available to users who wear a Samsung Watch. However, we are gradually making its features available to everyone.
The widget has three states depending on the time of day: Morning Report, Day progress, and Evening Report.
Morning Report shows data about your physical activity, readiness for tasks, and overall trend.
Day Progress displays your latest heart rate, progress toward your daily step goal, and a prediction of when you will see the Evening Report on your screen.
Evening Report is based not only on today's data. We analyze information from the last 30 days and interpret how the current day went. The report shows the level of stress at the end of the day, the body's reactions, and the level of stress and recovery.
Sleep Flow
Sleep Flow is a feature that can help you fall asleep faster. Simply turn on a track or story, customize your voice preference, and listen. Binaural rhythms and functional sounds synchronized to your heart rate will help you fall asleep more easily.
Blood pressure analysis
In Blood Pressure Analysis for Android, you will find information about your latest measurement. But in addition to blood pressure itself, we analyze five indices. They provide more information about the cardiovascular system, its endurance, and functional state. The indices are calculated when we receive data about your pulse along with your blood pressure.
Kerdó’s index reflects the impact of the autonomic nervous system and its parts on your heart. It’s calculated based on your diastolic blood pressure and heart rate. It was first used and tested in 1966 in a research with 1000 healthy individuals as a method to control changes in the autonomic regulation.
Functional changes index (FCI) evaluates how well your cardiovascular system adapts to stressors. Takes your age, height, weight, gender, and blood pressure into account. It is often used in studies analyzing how workouts impact a person’s body. E.g., a 2018 research published in the Physical Education of Students journal — Indicated factors of physical development, physical readiness, functional condition and efficiency of female students in the process of adaptation to training.
Robinson’s index is an assessment of how much oxygen your heart needs at rest. Lower scores usually mean you’re in better shape. It is also called rate pressure product (RPP), with the number divided by 1000 rather than 100 in the formula. This index was used by the Departments of Physiology and Cardiology of the Dayanand Medical College and Hospital in their 2007 research of the effectiveness of exercises in women with coronary artery disease. It is also recommended for use by the National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF).
Blood circulation efficiency (BCE) index shows how much effort it takes your body to pump blood through vessels, and your heart’s and vessels’ readiness to cope with pressure. It is based on your blood pressure and heart rate numbers. Also, BCE index can be used to indicate physical performance and monitor the adequacy of training.
Kvas endurance coefficient shows how tired your cardiovascular system is and how well it can cope with stress. It is based on heart rate and pulse pressure. It was also used in the 2018 research mentioned above — Indicated factors of physical development, physical readiness, functional condition and efficiency of female students in the process of adaptation to training.
You can track changes in your blood pressure in the Blood Pressure Diary. It contains data about your blood pressure over the last month.
Workout Report in your feed
Workout Report is available on Android, which we send to the app feed. In this message, we will decode the data collected by your fitness tracker during your exercise. For each workout, we calculate your heart rate, time spent in cardio zones, calorie consumption, overall intensity, and other parameters. The interpretation of workout results depends on the type of workout. For example, after cardio workouts such as running, swimming, or cycling, you will also receive data on the distance, pace, and duration of your runs, swims, and rides.
