Get a refund for an App Store subscription
If you've purchased your subscription through App Store, all refunds are handled by Apple and subject to Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. You can find information on how to request a refund for an App Store purchase in Apple's help article.
Get a refund for a subscription from Google Play or the Welltory website
Welltory only provides full refunds and only for annual subscriptions.
To get a refund on your subscription, you must comply with the terms and conditions of the Refund policy:
If this is your first subscription, you can request a refund within 14 days of payment.
If your subscription was auto-renewed, and you were charged again, you can request a refund within 48 hours of auto-renewal.
In both cases, we will issue a full refund. If you request a refund after the deadline, we won’t be able to process it because it falls outside the Refunds policy timeframe.
Please note that you can cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription at any time to avoid unexpected recurring charges.
