Refund eligibility
Welltory only issues full refunds within the rules of the refund policy.
Welltory only issues full refunds to users who've purchased their subscriptions using a bank card or through Google Play.
App Store subscribers
If you've purchased your subscription through App Store, all refunds are handled by Apple and subject to Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. You can find information on how to request a refund for an App Store purchase in Apple's help article.
First subscription payments
Welltory issues refunds for first subscription payments if requested within 14 days after the payment. This only applies to annual subscriptions.
Subscription renewals
Welltory issues refunds for renewal payments if requested within 48 hours after the subscription's auto-renewal. This only applies to annual subscriptions.
To stop your subscription from renewing automatically, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
