A free trial period is available immediately after signing up for the Welltory app. Simply create an account and complete the initial setup, and you’ll get three days to explore Welltory’s core features. Note that these three days equal 72 hours from the time you sign up, so if you register but delay entering your first data by a week, your trial will already be over by then.
After the end of the free trial period, you will have access to limited functionality of Welltory, some information and actions will be blocked.
What features are available during the free trial?
Daily Wellness, Battery, and Pressure indicators
Today Screen shows three key indicators: Wellness, Battery, and Pressure. They give you a quick snapshot of how well you slept, how active you’ve been during the day, and how your body is handling everything.
During the free trial, you can view a few days of data, but weekly and monthly trends aren’t available. After the trial, these daily indicators remain accessible.
To unlock longer-term data insights and get a detailed sleep analysis, consider upgrading to Premium.
Full measurement analysis
Welltory analyzes your heart rate variability (HRV) to provide insights into your autonomic nervous system (ANS) health. During the free trial, you can access a comprehensive analysis with 21 scientific metrics, and you’re free to take unlimited measurements. Each one will appear in your app feed.
After the trial ends, you can still take HRV measurements, but you’ll be limited to one per day, analyzed with five core scientific indexes. The other indexes will be locked — you will not be able to read information about them. To retain unlimited measurements and a detailed analysis, consider subscribing to Plus or Premium.
Comprehensive blood pressure analysis
Welltory provides an in-depth blood pressure analysis, evaluating additional parameters and indexes alongside the raw numbers to better understand your cardiovascular health. If something seems off, we’ll let you know.
Please note that Welltory, like most other apps, does not measure blood pressure. You’ll need to use a blood pressure monitor, then enter the readings into the app to receive your analysis.
After the trial, you can still log blood pressure data in the app and receive an analysis, though it will be less detailed, based on three scientific indexes. The rest of the information will be blocked.
Sleep Analysis
Welltory’s Sleep Analysis provides insights into your sleep quality, the factors affecting it, and tips to improve rest. You can monitor four key indicators: Sleep Score, Timing, Efficiency, and Recovery.
Once the trial is over, detailed sleep analysis will no longer be available. However, you can continue to log sleep data, and the app will display the duration without further insights.
Experiments
Experiments let you explore how various activities affect your well-being. During the trial, you can run experiments, such as testing how breathing exercises impact your health. For example, take an HRV measurement, do a breathing exercise, tag it in the app, and then measure again. Welltory will analyze the connection and show you the effect of the activity on your body.
If you don’t upgrade to a Premium subscription, experiments won’t be available after the trial.
Breathing exercises
Breathing exercises in Welltory help improve physical and mental health during periods of stress. For Android users, all exercises are in-app and organized into four categories: Relive stress, Better Sleep, Focus, and Find Balance. To access them, go to the Practices section from the main menu.
Both Android and iOS users will receive notifications with links to breathing exercises when Welltory detects that you may benefit from them.
Additionally, we’ve released two music albums, Ambient Space Travels and Breathing in the Universe, designed for relaxation and breathing exercises. They’re available on Apple Music, Spotify, and YouTube.
Breathing exercises will remain fully accessible even after the trial ends.
Data graphs from Apple Health, Google Fit, and Samsung Health
Welltory collects your data in two ways:
You manually enter data into the app (e.g., tags, weight, blood pressure).
The app syncs data from Apple Health, Google Fit, or Samsung Health, depending on your smartphone.
You can continue syncing data from these apps even after the trial ends.
Here are some helpful articles for data syncing:
Manual data entry for tags, mood, weight, and blood pressure
You'll be able to add information to the app regularly to help Welltory collect better-personalized recommendations for you.
Tags help communicate activity or your mood. Weight and blood pressure data help us understand what is happening to your body and how different factors affect these indicators.
Manually adding data will also be available after the trial.
Over 50 tests for physical and mental health assessment
Welltory offers a wide range of scientifically backed tests to help you analyze your physical and emotional state. You can take these tests as often as you like, enabling you to track changes and keep us updated with the most current information.
Tests will remain available after the free trial, so take them whenever it’s convenient.
For long-term free use of Welltory, keep in mind that data older than 30 days will be deleted. Be sure to export it beforehand if you want to keep it. To retain data beyond a month, consider the Welltory Premium subscription.
