How to report a problem

If you’re facing an issue with our app (getting wrong data or no data at all), let us know — we’ll do our best to help. To get assistance in a timely and effective manner, send us a bug report:

1. Take screenshots from the Welltory feed or other screens reflecting the problem.

2. Take screenshots from another app if there is a sync failure between Welltory and that other app.

For example, if you don’t see your sleep data in Welltory, while it is recorded in Apple Health, take a screenshot from Apple Health containing this data and a screenshot from Welltory where this data is missing.

3. If you’re reading this on your smartphone, follow this link.

Or open Welltory on your smartphone, go to Menu, scroll down to the end of the screen, and tap Report a tech problem.

4. In the window that opens, describe the issue, tap the image icon in the lower-left corner to attach the screenshots, and tap Upload.

The more details and relevant screenshots you provide when describing the issue — the fewer clarifying questions we’ll have to ask you and the faster we’ll get to resolving the problem you’re facing.
