Welltory for Slack bot lets you easily share your Energy and Stress levels or Focus level with your team to let them know when your cup is already to the brim and when you've got the bandwidth for complex tasks — all without saying a word. And, if you're managing a team, it can help you spot when some of your teammates need a helping hand.

It's a great way to connect with coworkers and build a healthy work environment. Try it now to see how it can help you and your team stay on top of your game.

How does it work?

Step 1. Download the Welltory app from the App Store or Google Play, and start tracking your heart rate variability (HRV) using your phone camera, smartwatch, or heart rate monitor. HRV is a scientifically verified metric that reflects your energy level, productivity, and ability to focus.

Step 2. Go to the My Data (iOS) section or Data (Android) tab in the app and scroll down to the Productivity category.

Step 3. Tap the Slack icon and choose Connect.

Step 4. Allow Welltory to access your Slack workspace.

Step 5. Make sure that the connection is successful.

Step 6. You will receive a welcome message from the Welltory App telling you how the integration works.

You're all set — all that's left is to take a measurement, and we'll automatically update your status to show your latest Energy and Stress or Focus scores. These scores reflect your stress level, productivity, and ability to concentrate on work tasks.

Your coworkers will be able to see (and, ideally, consider) your Welltory Energy and Stress or Focus scores for two hours. To see your score again, take another manual measurement or wait for your Apple Watch or Samsung watch to send us automatic measurement data.

Please note that any status you set before will be replaced when Welltory receives new measurement data and updates your status. Put the bot on pause by typing in /welltory_pause if there's something in your status you really need people to know — like, for example, your vacation dates.

You can choose which metrics you want to display in your status. For that, use the commands /welltory_show_stress or /welltory_show_focus.

You can learn more about the integration features by sending the /welltory_help command to the bot.
