I want to export my data (for example, in order to transfer it from Welltory to another app)
To export your data, please do the following:
Go to Dashboard in the web app.
Click on the chart with the data you want to export.
Set the period by choosing Latest, Days, Weeks, or Months, as well as the dates in the upper right corner of the chart.
Click Export to download your measurement results. By clicking RR-intervals you can also download your raw measurement data. Both options export your data to a CSV file.
I want my data to be erased
For all your data to be erased, you will need to delete your account. You can do it from within the mobile app or using the web version.
To delete your account in the mobile app:
Go to Menu → Account.
Scroll down and tap Delete account.
Confirm that you want to delete your account.
To delete your account in the web version:
Open Menu → Profile.
Click the Delete account button.
Confirm that you want to delete your account.
Your account will be deleted, and all your data will be erased.
How to delete an account with an active subscription
You cannot delete your account if your subscription is still active. This helps protect your data from accidental deletion. It protects you from being automatically charged for subscription renewal on a deleted account.
In this case, you can:
Wait for the subscription to expire and then delete the account according to the instructions above.
Write a deletion request to us. We will change the status of your account to free, after which you can delete it yourself.

If you’d like a particular type of data associated with your account to be deleted, e.g. Meta Platform data, without deleting your account — you can request that such data be deleted by contacting us from within the app (Menu, scroll down to the end of the screen, tap Report a problem) or sending a message to [email protected] from the email address you registered your account with.
