I want to export my data (for example, in order to transfer it from Welltory to another app)

To export your data, please do the following:

  1. Go to the Welltory web app.

  2. Click on the chart with the data you want to export.

  3. Set the period by choosing Latest, Days, Weeks, or Months, as well as the dates in the upper right corner of the chart.

  4. Click Export to download your measurement results. By clicking RR-intervals you can also download your raw measurement data. Both options export your data to a CSV file.

I want my data to be erased

For your data to be erased, you will need to delete your account. You can do it from within the mobile app or using the web version.

To delete your account from within the mobile app:

  1. Open Menu → Settings.

  2. Go to the Account tab.

  3. Scroll down and tap Delete account.

  4. Confirm that you want to delete your account.

To delete your account using the web version:

  1. Open Menu → Profile.

  2. Scroll down until you see Delete my account & data.

  3. Click Delete account.

  4. Confirm that you want to delete your account.

Your account will be deleted, and all your data will be erased.

Please note that you won’t be able to delete your account if you have an active subscription to Welltory Pro. It protects you from being automatically charged for subscription renewal on a deleted account. If you have an active subscription, please contact us via in-app chat or at [email protected] — we’ll help you delete your account and erase your data.
