How do I delete a free account
To delete your account in the mobile app:
Go to Menu → Account.
Scroll down and tap Delete account.
Confirm that you want to delete your account.
To delete your account in the web version:
Open your Profile in the web version.
Click the Delete account button.
Confirm that you want to delete your account in the pop-up window.
Your account and all your data will be deleted.
How do I delete an account with an active subscription
You cannot delete your account if your subscription is still active. This helps protect your data from accidental deletion. It protects you from being automatically charged for subscription renewal on a deleted account.
In this case, you can:
Wait for the subscription to expire and then delete the account according to the instructions above.
Write a deletion request to us. We will change the status of your account to free, after which you can delete it yourself.
