If you are subscribed in iTunes, you can only cancel it in iTunes.
- Go to Settings in your iPhone
- Tap your Name -> Apple ID
- Tap iTunes Store and App Store
- Tap Apple ID at the top of the screen -> select View Apple ID
- Select Subscriptions -> Welltory
- Tap Cancel subscription
