You can change your password in the Welltory app:
In the app menu, if you’re logged into the app.
From the sign-in screen, if you’re not logged into the app.
To change your password when you’re logged into Welltory:
Go to Menu → Account and tap Password → Change.
Input your new password and save it by confirming your action in the pop-up box.
To change your password before logging into the app, you need an email address to receive our email with the instructions on changing your password. This email address depends on the option you used when registering your account with Welltory. You can sign up to Welltory using your email, Apple ID, Google, or Facebook. When you change your Welltory password with Google or Facebook authorization, our email with the new password will come to the emails associated with these accounts. For Apple ID, you first need to set up an address to receive emails from Welltory.
When you register with the hidden Apple ID email, Apple assigns you an anonymized email to protect your privacy and hide your actual email address from us. If you have an iCloud+ subscription, you can choose what your hidden email will look like. Without iCloud+, Apple auto-generates a random encrypted email address ending with @privaterelay.appleid.com. You can read more about the hidden Apple ID email feature on Apple’s official website.
To receive an email with a new password to your hidden Apple ID mail, set up email forwarding on your iPhone:
Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap your name at the top of the menu.
Click Sign in & Security.
Select Sign in with Apple. Here you'll see a list of apps that use hidden emails.
Select Welltory.
Click on Manage Settings.
You will see the Forward to option. You can specify the email to which you would like to receive emails from Welltory.
To change your password before logging into Welltory:
On iOS:
On the first screen, select Continue with Email.
At the bottom of the screen, select the Log in option.
Tap Forgot password?
Enter your email address in the E-mail field on the Password recovery screen and tap Continue.
You'll receive an email from us with instructions on changing your password.
On Android:
On the first screen, select I have an account.
On the next screen, tap the letter icon.
On the Log in screen, tap I don’t remember my password.
Enter your email address in the email field on the password recovery screen and tap Reset password.
You'll receive an email from us with instructions on changing your password.
On the Welltory web-app:
Go to the web app.
Click on Reset password?
Enter your email address in the Email field on the Password recovery page and tap Reset password.
You'll receive an email from us with instructions on changing your password.
If you signed up with your Apple ID, Google, or Facebook, you can continue using these options to log into Welltory as well as the email and password combination.
