Welltory collects a wide range of insights about your body, lifestyle, and overall well-being — from heart rate variability and stress levels to activity, sleep, and connected devices. Many users want to dive deeper: analyze long-term trends, look for patterns, or share measurements with a coach or doctor.

To make this easier, we’ve built a simple way to download all the data from your account directly from our website. You can export individual charts or your entire dataset as a CSV file, which opens easily in Excel, Numbers, or other analytics tools. Below is a step-by-step guide.

How to download data from the Welltory website

  1. Log in to your web profile. Go to our website and sign in using the same email you use in the app.

  2. Open the Dashboard section. Here you’ll find all your metrics: stress, energy, HRV, sleep, activity, workouts, and much more.

  3. Choose the chart you want. For example, Stress. You can pick any chart whose data you’d like to download.

  4. Select a time range. Choose specific days, weeks, or months.

  5. Pick the download format. You have two options:

    1. Download raw RR-intervals. If you work with HRV on an expert level or use third-party tools for analysis, select RR intervals. You’ll get a file with raw interval data — ideal for deep, detailed research.

    2. Download the full data export. If you need all parameters linked to the selected chart, click Export. The CSV file will download automatically. This is the best option if you’re tracking health trends, looking at long-term changes, sending stats to a specialist, or integrating data into your own spreadsheets.

How to open a CSV file in Excel

To ensure Excel displays the data correctly, select the correct delimiter and encoding.

  1. Importing through the Get Data menu.
In Excel, open the Data tab. Select Get DataFrom Text/CSV.

  2. Check the import settings.
A pop-up window will appear. Make sure File Origin is set to the correct encoding (usually UTF-8) and the delimiter is set to Comma. This part is crucial: Welltory uses commas to separate values in CSV files. If you choose the wrong delimiter, everything will appear in a single column.

  3. Click Load. Excel will import your data into a structured table with proper columns.

How to open a CSV file in Numbers (Mac)

If you're using a Mac, simply open Numbers. Drag your CSV file into the app window or go to FileOpen. Numbers automatically detect delimiters and encoding, so everything will line up neatly in columns.
