Why do I track communication

Communication is considered procrastination for some people, but is part of the job for many others. It can have different effects on stress levels. Perhaps you need communication when you are nervous, or you get nervous and tired when you communicate with other too much. Communication charts is there to help you see how it affects your stress and energy level.

How to track communication

Data is uploaded from the RescueTime app installed on your computer and/or smartphone. 

RescueTime tracks which sites and programs you visit and sorts them into different categories.

By default, Skype, Zoom, WhatsApp, or Viber are considered communication. Go to RescueTime to add programs and apps you use to communicate to this category. You can also adjust how productive communication is for you.
