Our app supports most fitness trackers and smart watches. But not all gadgets with built-in heart rate monitors analyze heart rate variability. Check out the list of trackers that measure HRV here.

We can get data about your heart rate, physical activity, sleep, and nutrition from fitness trackers and smart watches.

Synchronization takes time. That's why the data can't instantly appear on the graphs right after syncing. Sometimes it can take a few hours or one day. For example, if you analyze sleep, the data won't be uploaded on the graph right after the night but the next day.
