There are 2 ways to do this:
Download the data yourself and send them to the recipient in CSV format (see this article for more info)
Give your coach or doctor access to your dashboard, which will let them track your parameters themselves. To do this, go to the web version and click the Share button in the web-dashboard. The link will be copied automatically, and all you’ll have to do is paste it, then hit send. This link will give the recipient access to all your measurements, as well as to data from apps & gadgets you’ve synced with Welltory.
You can cut off access at any time. To do this, find Get shareable link in Invite your friends page your profile and click Generate new link. The link will be updated, and your previous link will stop working.
