A correlation means that two data flows behave in a similar way. Sometimes, this means there is a cause-and-effect relationship between the two data flows. For example, if you see drops in productivity after tough workouts, it may be a good reason to lay off a bit at the gym.

But sometimes, a correlation is just a coincidence.

We only show correlations for Welltory Premium users.

How do we search for correlations?

We look at how much changes in one data flow can predict changes in another. If two charts behave in similar or polar opposite ways in over 20% of cases, you will see a second chart with a correlation.

We always look for correlations between different lifestyle categories, so you can see how much they impact each other.
